OLBC Legal and Group was originally founded as Optimum Business Consultants in the UK in the early 2000s as a platform to encourage businesses to move to the MENA region, equipping them with the correct information about what it was like to really do business in the MENA region as opposed to the stories read in the media. Providing fact checked information on the best solutions for clients entering the markets in the GCC and MENA Region, considering where to establish depending on who the target audience was; protecting the stakeholders whilst enabling the business objectives to met; and advising on the compliance of the business moving forward.

Founder and Senior Partner of OLBC Legal, Claire is a dual-qualified lawyer having first obtained a degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management at the University of Leeds in England and worked in the construction industry before qualifying as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
